In collaboration with the Community Church, Ash Street, I'm able to offer 3 free art therapy sessions for adults, to those who live on Hart Street who may be struggling to process the events of summer.
Art Therapy techniques use the creative process to help individuals express, and come to terms with, a range of issues. They can help to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by facilitating creative expression of the self in a supported environment.
Each session will last 2 hours and will be in a group setting of up to 8 people. You are invited to choose one session from the following dates, and contact me by email to book your place. Dates will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
